Returns Policy

We follow a no return and no refund policy for all items.

Exceptions:

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:
    ✔ Supporting images of the damaged product.
    ✔ Unboxing video as proof of damage.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

✔ Unused and in its original packaging.
✔ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for products that are received in a defective or damaged condition.
  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange request.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 4-5 working days after confirmation.
  • If a product is out of stock, sourcing may take 2-3 weeks.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you with the tracking details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Cancellations are not allowed beyond this time frame.
  • Orders placed during special sales are not eligible for cancellation.
